In November of 2013, we had a tornado come in between our neighbor’s home and our home. We had some damage to our roof, an outbuilding, and our barn was completely destroyed. Someone from Nick's home repairs came out the next day and covered the remaining part of our roof, and took estimates of the damage to our roof. Within a few days, our insurance company came and looked at the damage too, and started the process of payment for us. As this was taking place Nick's had already placed the order for the materials we'd need for our roof. When the estimate from the insurance came in and our check had been issued, Nick's was ready to start on our new roof. Jeff the owner stayed in constant contact with us the entire time, all this was taking place. From the time of the tornado until our new roof was on home and outbuilding, was a total of maybe two to three weeks. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else. Thanks for doing a great job!
